SJP Award - Driving Success (2023) – Holly Burnham
Having received multiple nominations, Holly was awarded the ‘Driving Success’ award for 2023. This accolade is testament to Holly’s tireless efforts in wanting to learn, understand and apply knowledge for the benefit of our clients.
Holly is an extremely focussed and diligent member of our team with a thirst for learning and improving her personal knowledge, but importantly applies this every day to allow our clients to enjoy a positive experience and great outcomes.

SJP Award - Practice Support Staff of the Year (2023) – Kate Van Kampen
As our longest-serving team member within Practice support staff, Kate has a broad and deep understanding of Barnes Wealth Management. She puts our clients’ needs at the centre of all of her work and this award recognises both the seen and unseen work that Kate does every day.
Kate understands what a privilege and responsibility it is to work with our clients and always ensures the team are happy and supported & that our clients get the best experience possible.
Kate says: “It was an amazing, yet completely unexpected and humbling feeling to receive the title of 'PSS of the Year 2023” for our Newbury location. I love my job, but feel this award is equally shared with the amazing office team I work with.”
Chartered Financial Planner (2023) - Alex Cox
Alex Cox became a Chartered Financial Planner in 2023, marking a key achievement in his financial planning career. The title is one of the highest in the profession and reflects Alex’s expertise, integrity, and commitment to his clients.
Alex says “I’m proud to have reached Chartered status. It has taken a lot of hard work, and it means a lot to be recognised at this level."

Daniel is honoured to have been awarded “Achiever of the Year 2022” by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) of Reading.
The award was given to recognise Daniel’s achievements as a young adviser in Barnes Wealth Management, his service to his clients, and his commitment to supporting his peers. Daniel has also helped to both raise funds for, and direct funds to local charities with the support of the St. James's Place Charitable Foundation.
Daniel says “This award was a very pleasant surprise and considering the calibre of my peers in the area, I was truly honoured by the recognition.
